Frutto dall’amicizia di Antonella e Cinzia, lontane geograficamente ma vicinissime nello spirito e nell’idea di generare un progetto comune, “tangibile”, ambizioso, nasce nell’agosto 2017, dopo un anno di faticoso lavoro, il Residence del Sole, situato sullo splendido Lungomare del Sole di Manfredonia (località Siponto) a soli 100 metri dai lidi e 400 dal nuovo Porto turistico.
Le 10 comode ed accoglienti camere che lo costituiscono rispondono pienamente al loro progetto “comune” e alla loro personalità: moderne, lineari ed eleganti, dotate di ogni comfort e curate nei più piccoli dettagli e accessori, ispirati al mare che è lì, a pochi metri… 
Ma soprattutto, il Residence del Sole intende restituire agli ospiti la semplicità, la familiarità e l’ospitalità di Antonella e Cinzia; …e certo, anche il relax, assicurato, oltre che dagli ambienti, dalla piscina in stile liberty (dotata di idromassaggio) suggestivamente affacciata sul mare.
Inoltre, grazie al Box Hammam della Jacuzzi, potrete vivere tutte le funzioni dedicate al benessere: doccia a pioggia, picchiettante e nebulizzata, cascata energizzante, doccia a colori con cicli Cromodream® preimpostati, bagno turco e aromaterapia. Proverete l'esperienza dell’idromassaggio shiatsu, insieme a quello classico verticale, cervicale e lombare.
About Us
The “Residence del Sole” derives from Cynzia and Antonella´s friendship, both so geographically far but at the same time completely in tune with their purpose of creating a shared, concrete and ambitious project. Located on the enchanting “Lungomare del Sole” Seafront of the Sun “in Manfredonia (Siponto seaside) just 100 meters from the bathing bays and 400 meters from the recently built Tourist Harbour.
The House consists of 10 cozy and comfortable rooms, all of them fully reflecting the personality and singularity of the two creators: furnished with every kind of comfort and with attention to details and accessories, the rooms are modern, harmonious and elegant. The furnishings are completely inspired by the sea that is just a few steps from the building. At the first sight the Residence carries its guests to a dimension of simplicity, hospitality and cordiality strictly linked to Antonella and Cynzia , leaving fading softly in relaxing environments such as the Liberty style swimming pool (hydromassage equipped)with its suggestive and romantic sea-view.
In addition, thanks to the Jacuzzi Box Hammam, you will enjoy all feelings related to physical well-being: rain, tapping and sprayed shower, energizing waterfall, color shower with pre-set Cromodream cycles, Turkish bath and aromatherapy. Finally you will enjoy the experience of the shiatsu hydromassage, the classic vertical one, cervical and lumbar massage.
